2009 Contract and Work Plan with City of St. Paul

The District 10 Como Community Council receives most of its funding for operations from the City of Saint Paul. The funds are provided through a contract that includes Council goals and objectives for the year and provides for a year-end evaluation of how well those goals were achieved.
