1) DATES to Remember:

Oct. 1, 2010 KHA will present its final report and that should be posted to the city’s website.

Oct. 13, 2010, the final report will be presented to the Parks Commission. Location of this meeting is set for the North Dale Rec. Center and will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Oct. 14, 2010, NRC will meet to discuss drafting the action item to be taken to the full D10 board and community.
* At this meeting, we will review the final recommendations made by KHA.
* We will draft an action item to support or not support recommendations made

Oct. 19, 2010 – Annual Meeting. Community Vote on the Action Item.

November 17, 2010 – City Council will meet to discuss the recommendations.

The purpose of the meeting is to allow D10/D6 residents to provide feedback to Kimley-Horn on the recommendations made at the August 12, 2010 meeting as well as its updated recommendations made at the PAC September 7, 2010 meeting. It will allow D10/D6 to provide feedback prior to Kimley-Horn completing its final report.
Agenda:
1. Kimley Horn to present the August 12 recommendations and the recommended changes proposed at the September 7 PAC meeting.
2. Open Discussion for residents (residents will be asked to sign in and provided a piece of paper that would allow them to speak at the open discussion time. Only residents of D10 and D6 would be allowed to speak and ask questions).
3. Discussion of where D10 will go from there.
