Since 2002, come rain or shine, the District 10 Como Community Council has sponsored an annual neighborhood-wide garage sale. Participation is easy. You bring an amazing sale and we’ll bring the crowds of bargain hunters! District 10 will advertise in the weeks prior to the event, as well as distribute a map of the addresses and sale descriptions of all participants.

Interested participants must register their sale location with the District 10 office. A $10.00 registration fee covers the cost of advertising and administrative costs.

The 2011 10th Annual District 10 Neighborhood Garage Sale is set for Saturday, May 21. With close to 50 official garage sale locations in the Como Park neighborhood, bargain hunters are sure to find a deal. Garage sale maps with sale locations and descriptions will be available soon for download or pick-up at our office at the Historic Streetcar Station (1224 Lexington Parkway North) and other local locations.
