EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION:  June 8, 2009, 1 year (unless extended pursuant to Article X, Section 1(b) of the District 10 Bylaws.

COMMITTEE PURPOSE:  The Lexington Larpenteur Redevelopment Ad Hoc Committee will work with the potential developers (Paster Enterprises, Inc., and MGM Properties, LLC), Tim Griffin (Node Study Designer), PED (Penny Simison), Zoning, Watershed District, Councilmember Helgen, Janice Rettman, Public Works, Safety, and the community members to develop feasible redevelopment options for the southeast and southwest corners of the intersection.
