National Night Out 2010 is set for Tuesday, August 3. To close off your street and have a block party you will need to fill out the attached application. Only one application needs to be submitted for each block. Your block leader is usually the person who collects signatures and submits the application.

This application must be signed by at least 60% of the neighbors on your block. It must also be notarized. This can be done at most banks, but you may also contact us for the locations of local notaries. If you don't know who your block leader is, or if you don't have a block leader and would still like to have a block party, you can request more information from us at the District 10 office, district10@district10comopark.org.
