We were informed yesterday that Rich Pakonen with Pak Properties and Clint Blaiser with Halverson & Blaiser Group have made an offer on the property and the offer has been accepted by Sholom Alliance. They are currently in the due diligence phase and nothing is final. They hope to have their plans more concrete in a month or so and will present the plans to the neighborhood. They will be working to gather community input and have welcomed District 10 and the Sholom Home Reuse Ad Hoc Committee to help facilitate that process.

** to my knowlegde, there is nothing new to report as of today and Sholom Alliance is still seeking a buyer for the site **

Attached are the recommendations of the committee that were adopted by the D10 council at the April 09 meeting.  Also attached are the survey results.  They have been posted on the old website "comopark.org" but I am reposting here as I'm not sure how long they will remain on the old website.
