Update on the City Council Meeting regarding MGM fence on December 2, 2009.

At the City Council meeting on Wednesday night, the Council upheld the Planning Commission's decision and denied MGM Liquor's request to amend their site plan. The revised site plan had called for removing a fence between the parking lot and the adjacent alley.
Councilman Lee Helgen introduced a motion at the end of testimony denying their appeal. A final decision has not been made in the court case regarding the revised site plan.
