Would you like to learn more about the magnificent trees in Como Park?

Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 26th, 10 a.m. - noon, for the District 10 Environment Committee’s 2021 Tree Trek.

This walking tour will be led by Minnesota Master Naturalist Stephanie Mirocha.  She will provide fascinating facts, uses, and histories of many of the diverse tree species in the park.

The event is free, but please register in advance. Attendance will be limited to 20 participants.

Dress for walking and the weather and meet between the Butterfly Parking Lot and the Labyrinth (adjacent to the restored Lily Pond – just across the pedestrian bridge on the west side of Lexington Parkway).  See the map at District 10 - Do More Than Wander Among the Trees (district10comopark.org).

If necessary, this event will conform to any current COVID-19 safety precautions required by the City of Saint Paul.  Check for these at Saint Paul Parks & Recreation COVID-19 Updates (stpaul.gov)
