Jody McCardle is the Executive Director of Como Park/Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program. Como Park/Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program mission is to assist elders and caregivers with the medical, social and chore support so that they are able to live independently and safely in their homes.
