Land Use Committee

Committee Purpose
The purpose of the committee is to address land use issues affecting District 10 community residents and businesses, including zoning, development, redevelopment, planning, licensing, property rights and community values. The committee works to ensure community members are aware of land use issues, and invite dialogue on issues and decisions affecting the community. The committee facilitates meetings and discussions on land use issues between community members, businesses and the City of St Paul, ensuring that the community’s voice is heard.

Monthly Meetings
The Land Use committee meets on a monthly basis, typically on the first Wednesday at 7 p.m. Meetings are open to the public. The committee comprises District 10 board members and community members. Upcoming meeting dates, times and locations are posted on the District 10 meeting calendar.
