Committee Purpose The purpose of the committee is to address land use issues affecting District 10 community residents and businesses, including zoning, development, redevelopment, planning, licensing, property rights and community values. The committee works to ensure community members are aware of land use issues, and invite dialogue on issues and decisions affecting the community. The committee facilitates meetings and discussions on land use issues between community members, businesses and the City of St Paul, ensuring that the community’s voice is heard.
2013 Initiatives The District 10 Land Use Committee has adopted the following goals & objectives for 2013 along with a number of specific activities that it believes will support these goals. This work plan expresses the Committee’s commitment to the adopted goals, but the Committee may substitute other activities if the changes are judged to promote the Committee’s goals and objectives or if the activities are no longer deemed be appropriate.
Monthly Meetings The Land Use committee meets on a monthly basis, and meetings are open to the public. Committee members are comprised of District 10 board members and community members. Upcoming meeting dates, times and locations are posted on the District 10 meeting calendar.
