The Neighborhood Relations Committee will keep members of the community informed about
activities and projects that are planned or being considered by public and private entities that
potentially affect the community.

The purpose of the Neighborhood Relations Committee is to foster a neighborly relationship/
communication between District 10 residents, public institutions, and private businesses in the
community;

The Committee will become aware of and distribute factual information concerning developmental
changes and shifts (especially on projects or events that are in the conceptual or planning stages)
that can significantly affect a neighborhood or the District-wide community;
It will act as a liaison between the community, District 10 committees, public institutions, and
private businesses that impact District 10.
